New Audi A5 Spy Shots

Caught by spy photographers, Edmunds has posted new spy shots of the upcoming Audi A5. Although there are numerous computer renderings on the web, these spy shots tell us that the A5 will look much different than predicted, but still keeping the sleek and versatile design that Audi currently has.
The spy shots, however, show that it is quite similar to the rendering that AutoBild did, which is shown above. As you can see, the sides retain the same shape as the spy photography.
Spy shots can be found at Edmunds and LeftLaneNews.

Car and Driver has listed its 10Best Cars for 2007. One by one, the editors of Car and Driver spend a week evaluating the new cars by three things: its functions, its excitement, and practicality; next, they compare the cars in each of the categories; and lastly, the cost of the vehicle itself. It’s good to see that there is a wide range of brands, whether it be German, Japanese, or even American.

Video: Nissan Altima Hybrid
I think this is the last of the Nissan videos. I guess there really doesn’t need to be a fancy tagline with this. It’s simple: Nissan + new generation of Altima + hybrid powertrain + video. Enjoy the vids.

New 2007 Kia Amanti Refresh

Kia has unveiled its new Amanti for 2007. It’s much better than its predecessor. The Kia flagship sedan comes with a 3.8-L engine that produces 264 horsepowers. Exterior upgrades include 17-inch wheels with redesigned areas such as the headlights, taillights, and various parts of the Amanti. Inside, the Amanti hosts numerous changes including a whole new interior redesign with an upscale feel and comfort thanks to the longer wheelbase.
Overall, I am extremely impressed with the vehicles that Kia is presenting us today, like the Sedona and much more. Keep up the good work! Continue reading for more images and full press release. You can expect high-resolution wallpapers by tomorrow.

For high-resolution wallpapers, click the image below:

Hummer has a new answer to the alternative fuel controversy. Hummer released a rendering of the Blue Sky Concept, which will be called the Hummer O2, at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The design was recognized at the L.A. Auto Show’s Design Challenge for the second time in a row, with last year’s winner being the GMC Pad Concept.
You can say that the O2 is kind of like a plant, using techniques such as photosynthesis, and breathing to compensate for fuel. The O2 is also made of environmental-friendly materials. For full information, continue reading for the press release.

Video: Chrysler Sebring Convertible
You like the new Sebring Convertible? Well, how about a video to see it in action! The video highlights the many features of the Sebring. I don’t know why, but the Sebring actually looks better from the front without the roof, but it has the ugliest butt and rear-end I’ve ever seen. No offense, but the cover looked like it was about to fall off in the video, but I guess that can be said with all the hard-top convertibles.
Anyways, enjoy the vid.

The award was gladly accepted by Ed La Rocque, who dedicated the award to Dave Hermance who is Toyota’s lead engineer on hybrid projects who died in a private plane crash not long ago.

Spy Shots: BMW M3 Interior

Spy shots of the upcoming BMW M3 interior have been spotted. As you can see, there is the signature M-performance shifter. I think that’s about it. I couldn’t really see any red and blue stitching on the steering wheel. Hopefully that will come a bit later. Please visit the source for more images.

Video: Audi TT Roadster
Whoa! Watch the video of the new Audi TT Roadster. Although the design is a bit too feminine for me, I personally wish the TT was “less round” in some ways. Oh, well. Enjoy.
